每一雙鞋都是素顏美女

每一雙鞋都是從皮革搖身一變成美麗的鞋。

從皮革的挑選、手工染製，到後續一道道細緻的加工，每一關都充滿挑戰，往往只要一個小錯就得重來。所以，能誕生出一雙真正美麗的鞋，絕不是件容易的事。

我們使用的皮革大致分為兩種：全植鞣與半植鞣。這些都是原色皮胚，在裁斷後再經過染製上色。

如果要打個比方，原色皮胚就像女孩的素顏，自然、真實，沒有過多化妝的修飾。而我們選用的皮革，不只是素顏，還是天生麗質的素顏美女！染製就像上了淡淡的妝，她的色澤、光影流轉的質感，與一般塗料覆蓋的效果完全不同。

除了優點我們也聊聊缺點。天然的美，也有天然的痕跡。素顏的皮革會帶著痘痘、傷疤、成長紋；在陽光、空氣與水分的影響下，還會逐漸轉變色階，變成小麥色。

最大的缺點也是優點，由於是天然美女，不整型，我們每批染製，每批都不一樣，擁有的紋路和特色也不一樣。但各別來看每一個都很漂亮且獨一無二。

From selecting the right leather, to hand-dyeing, and then through each meticulous stage of craftsmanship—every step is full of challenges. Even the smallest mistake can mean starting all over again. That’s why creating a pair of beautiful shoes is never an easy task.

The leather we use is mainly of two types: full vegetable-tanned and semi vegetable-tanned. Both start as natural, undyed hides, which are later cut and hand-dyed.

To put it simply, natural hides are like a girl without makeup—pure, authentic, unadorned. And the leather we choose isn’t just bare-faced, it’s a natural beauty! Its tones, textures, and subtle glow are unlike the artificial finish created by surface coatings.

Of course, natural beauty also carries natural marks.

These leathers may show tiny blemishes, scars, or growth lines; under sunlight, air, and moisture, their shades gradually deepen—like turning into a sun-kissed bronze beauty.

And here lies the paradox: the biggest “flaw” is also the greatest charm.

Because it’s all-natural and never “reshaped,” every batch of hand-dyed leather is different, each piece carrying unique grains and character. Seen individually, they are all beautiful—and every one of them, truly one of a kind.
