帶了日本伴手禮的好客人A Rare And Thoughtful Guest

今天有兩件值得記錄的開心事。

繼昨天的事件，今天真的得老天爺保佑，機器修好了！

雖然還是有一點點差距，但旁邊堆積如山的工作，終於可以開始動工了。

第二件，是來了一組難得的好客人。

從一踏進我們更新後的辦公室開始，到完整了解我們的物料、製程與理念，他們一路都給了我們滿滿的情緒價值。

說來有點矯情，但真的很開心，我們這些年的堅持與努力，有人看見、有人理解。

除了被認同，更讓我開心的是，又多了一位願意先好好了解材料與製程，再來討論商品的客人。因為這樣，我們在把商品交到終端顧客手中時，才能連同理念、堅持與故事一併傳遞出去。

這份價值，遠遠大過一雙鞋。價格不再是重點，有了價值，一切值得。

他們徒步走了20分鐘來到工廠，還帶來了從日本帶回的伴手禮。

真的很希望，我們的用心，值得他們這一趟遠道而來。

There were two moments worth remembering today.

Following yesterday’s challenges, we were truly blessed today, the machine is finally fixed!

Though there’s still a slight gap to fine-tune, the mountain of pending work beside us can finally begin moving forward.

The second joyful moment came from a rare and thoughtful guest.

From the moment they stepped into our newly updated office to the full introduction of our materials, production process, and brand philosophy, they offered us so much emotional value through their appreciation and interest.

It may sound a bit sentimental, but it genuinely warms our hearts to know that our years of dedication and persistence are being seen and understood.

More than just being recognized, what made me happiest was meeting yet another customer who is willing to first understand our materials and processes before even discussing the product.

Because only through that can we deliver not just a product, but our values, commitment, and story to the end user.

This kind of value goes far beyond a single pair of shoes.

Price becomes secondary, when value is understood, everything becomes worthwhile.

They walked 20 minutes on foot just to visit our factory, and even brought a gift all the way from Japan.

I truly hope our dedication is worthy of the journey they made.
