在公司裡,我們被期待是那個

能把新的可能帶回來的人,是拓荒者,也是承擔者。

在經銷商之間,

我們扮演的角色,不只是供應商,

而是能不能長期穩定提供好商品的合作夥伴。

在市場上,

我們要回答的,則是另一個更難的問題:這個品牌,值不值得被相信?

故事,能不能被看見?

甚至,有沒有一天,有機會得到溢價的資格?

被信任是再一次次的事件中累積的,

承諾的事情有沒有做到,

困難的時候有沒有放棄,

是短期利益跟長期價值衝突時,選了哪一邊。

我每天都在想怎麼做會比較好,

因為現在做的每一個決定,

其實都在為值不值得被信任寫答案。

而那個答案,不只市場在看,

合作夥伴在看,

團隊在看,

連未來的自己,也會回頭看呢!

Now I play several roles in my life.

In the team, we are the ones who bring new possibilities and different values back to the company.

For our distributors, we are constantly being evaluated on whether we are stable and reliable partners.

And in the market, we ask ourselves a bigger question:

Can we give SDN another level of value?

Through all of this, trust is being built.

I find myself checking again and again what is truly best for the company.

Because trust is never built by words.

It is built by choices,

repeated day after day.

And every decision we make is quietly writing the answer to one question:

Is this a brand worth trusting?
